jenna’s essential beliefs

The relationship between the client(s) and the therapist is crucial to a meaningful therapeutic experience

People cope with the tools that they have and through therapy we can expand our toolboxes to allow for more options to cope with the stressors of life.

We don’t exist in isolation and a sustainable therapeutic approach will consider the broader systems and communities that a client navigates on a day to day basis.

Theories and models that inform my work include:

  • Attachment Theory

  • Circle of Security Parenting (COS)

  • Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT)

  • Solution Focused Therapy
