AUDREY’s essential beliefs

Finding connection and trust with the one you sit in front of is essential to the vulnerable work you are wanting to explore. Therapy is an investment of your time and energy, and having the right fit will assist in this process.

The experiences of trauma, anxiety, negative stress, challenging relationships can have an impact on how we cope…or don’t. Together we will navigate through the hard parts and explore effective options to move forward.

As a First Nations woman, I incorporate evidence-based modalities with my background and a mindful approach to create space for clients to gain greater self-awareness.

Theories and models that inform my work include:

  • Attachment Theory

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy

  • Certified trainer of Mental Health First Aid, Road to Mental Readiness, and SafeTALK
