Audrey Wiebe, MMFT -- Associate Therapist
Audrey Wiebe is a graduate of the Master of Marriage and Family Therapy (MMFT) program from the University of Winnipeg and is accredited under the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Since 2008 she has trained and worked in several non-profit and government organizations throughout Winnipeg and northern Manitoba, providing one-on-one short-term therapy with individuals and also developing a specialization in couple work through attachment based interventions to promote change and healing.
Over the past few years, Audrey has assisted clients who have experienced Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or occupational stress injuries, through trauma based interventions. As a First Nations woman, Audrey integrates a therapeutic framework with her background to promote insight and understanding. She also provides psycho-educational therapy, which allows clients to gain greater self-awareness and self-direction in a safe environment.
Outside of work, Audrey enjoys cooking and hiking, and is a lover of dogs and travel!
Rates & Availability: Audrey's rate is $100 per session plus GST. She sees clients in Selkirk during the evening on Wednesdays and during the day every second Saturday.
